Refund policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact. To initiate a return, contact support@copperbloom.com.au with your order number and reason for return, and our team will provide a return authorisation and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as reasonably expected. Major faults entitle you to choose between a refund, replacement, or repair, while minor faults will be remedied at our discretion. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to your original payment method.
