Where we ship

We ship right across Australia.

Delivery options

• Free Priority Delivery: free on every order, arrives in 5 to 9 business days.
• Premium Insured Delivery: A$2.95, arrives in 5 to 9 business days with tracking and insurance included.

Dispatch

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of your payment clearing.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear with the carrier.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 9 business days of dispatch, email hi@copperbloom.com.au with your order number.

We chase the carrier for you and send a free replacement if the parcel cannot be found.

Incorrect addresses

Please double check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, we reship it once you have covered the return postage.
